order processing and shipping
orders ship 3-5 days after production. all orders ship from new york city. all orders are shipped with UPS and are tracked and insured. once UPS is in possession of the package AT IS AT is not liable for any missing packages or delays. please contact UPS directly

exchanges and repairs
if you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product email photo documentation no later than 2 days after delivery. please review the product information above. we reserve the right to deny requests for exchange or repair. all sales final no returns accepted
